Family Fun Run is a non-competitive
5K run and 1K walk to raise awareness for organ, eye and tissue
donation. Proceeds benefit The Living Legacy.

Kevin Ryan's Gift Scholarships
have
been
awarded
for a
second year!
Towson has awarded two scholarships for the 2009-2010
academic year. James Podhornik was selected again along with Kathryn Kelly.

Sobriety Checkpoint Dedicated in Kevin's Honor.
The University of Maryland, Dept. of Public Safety and the the
Campus Police created a poster for Kevin and used it at the
entrance to the sobriety checkpoint. Friends and family held a
candlelight vigil during part of the checkpoint. Sadly, several
drunk driving arrests took place during the evening. We
appreciate the dedication of the police officers who stood
for hours in the bitter cold doing their duty to protect the
public.

First Kevin Ryan's Gift Scholarship Awarded
Towson
University announced that James Podhorniak was selected as the
first Kevin Ryan’s Gift Endowed Scholarship recipient. Jim is an
incoming freshman for the 2008-2009 academic year.

Kevin Ryan's Gift Night at the River Hill
Grille. The River Hill Sports Grille donated a portion of the
night's sales to the scholarship fund. A night filled with
family, friends, fun and fun!!! The Grille's manager stated it
was one of their most success promotions and the turnout
exceeded their expectations. We hope to make this an annual
event to follow-up the golf tournament and provide an event for
all those who couldn't attend the golf outing.
