MATTHEW W. WATSON MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
The Matthew W. Watson Memorial Scholarship Fund
was established in July 2007 by friends and family of the late Matthew W.
Watson, a University sophomore who died suddenly in May 2007. The Ryan and
Watson families share the same sorrow in losing our sons to drunk drivers while
they were away at college. Some other mind boggling things about Matt and Kevin-
Matt was born is October and died in May 5th. Kevin was born May 5th and died in
October. Both played high school football and were members of Boy Scout Troop
361 in Columbia, MD. Both had big hearts and joyous attitudes about life. These
things may be coincidences but I simply don't believe they are.....God, Matt and
Kevin know why they were taken from us at such a young age and someday we too
will find out.
Please support this scholarship- it
honors Matt and helps others who need it to continue their education.
